We ship worldwide. Standard shipping within the United States is free. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Bags ship in approximately 1-2 weeks from the date of your order. As soon as yours is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking.
Returns
Because each tote is made with care in small batches, we currently aren't able to accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at support@maskcape.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll make it right.
